“I would like to thank the manager. Twice we have had an issue with Door dash not delivering to the correct address. The manager went out of her way to make it right even though it was not in any way their fault. I appreciate them and how important their customers are to them.“

“This was my first time eating at Slim Chickens and I give the food between a 1-10, a big 10. The tenders tasted delicious ànd were juicy and tender. The homemade fries were also good and well seasoned, but not over seasoned like some places do their homemade fries. The Texas toast was also good; you can definitely taste the garlic butter when u bite into it. When it comes to your drink, they put your name on it, which minimizes your drink going to someone else #I like that. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and hands down it was so good. As you can see from the pic I posted they give u a large straw to use, which makes it so easy to drink your milkshake, unlike every other place I frequent, I receive a small straw that I have to deep throat just to barely get my milkshake to pass through to drink it. The drive thru was long, but they moved the line very quickly. Overall, great spot! Update: Did a mobile pick up order, when I got home with my food I noticed bbq sauce all over my fries, from my wings being placed on top of them, (last pic) I called the store and let them know, they easily said they will replace my meal if I came back to the store. I didn't want to since, I was home and I live far out, so they put my name in a book that they list people names to replace orders and all u do when u do go back to the store is say your name is in the book and they will replace your order with no problems. FYI if you get a big order, ask for the fries to be on the side, bc they do place the entire order in one box. Employees were very nice and informative on how they package certain orders. #satisfied customer

“The staff were great. A cook was quick to make my orders while I browsed to store. The floor walking staff in the store were quick to lend assistance and friendly. The greeter that initially took my order had a warm and friendly personality and went out of her way to assist.

Vegetarian options: A meal can be made easily from the selection of vegetables and deserts the restaurant offers. The vegetables are very tasty, and not just steamed without taste.

Parking: The location is easy to enter from two road access points with ample parking in their own lot while other parking is available in the large department store area adjacent the restaurant.an area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very wide walkway no stairs mostly level ground no steep ramps.“
