“Another patron suggested a coffee that the barista had made for her (creamy peanut butter) and it sounded so strange I had to try it... It was AMAZING!!! Just a subtle hint of pb on the back of your tongue that was perfect. I highly suggest it!“
“Night crew the best!!!! Anna, Haley & Cailee always attentive & great with customers. In the morning I was refused customer service & store was open according to the hours posted on the door. The girl’s hair haves a purple streak.“
“The employees were friendly. The coffee was good when they remade it. I'm giving 4 stars becausethe first coffee I was served wasn't even done brewing yet. Please train your employees NOT to do that. They're supposed to wait for it to be done, as the beginning is the strongest and gross. It ruins the entire batch, very inconsistent. Lately, I've been seeing this happen more often at several locations. You're also supposed to dump 3 small cups when the brewing is done, but no one does that either, and it is a very important step. The very first cup, even when it is done, isn't as good, and sometimes there is a bit of grounds if the filter didn't sit perfectly while brewing.I wish all DD would follow the proper coffee protocols, but I guess that's asking too much, even though the coffee is Dunkins staple item (not the donuts).*Side note: I couldn't help but notice the lady saying her food was "blasted in the microwave" because it was "so hot." Dunkins do not have microwaves, they have ovens. And as a franchise, they have to use specific equipment. I've never seen a complaint before about receiving hot food from DD being too hot. Usually it's not very hot by the time you open it. I'd consider that a win.“
