Have always enjoyed going here. Always great food/great service. Not tonight. When leaving I was asked if all was good... not so & was asked to leave number. I did get a call but started with "we're really busy" before I could say anything. Can talk another time but he insisted I share my concerns. I attempted he argued. Told me to continue with my story. Then hung up. Sadly will be a long time before I return. Bummer because I have always enjoyed going there.
Great atmosphere with a friendly staff. Try their salmon dip! Also check out some live music in the back room study on the weekends
Although we have been regulars at Reids for the past few years (with a strong attempt at never missing a Sunday dinner!) they really outdid themselves during my 40th birthday! you can always count on their great food, amazing atmosphere, and awesome staff that works on ensuring your whole party finds the experience memorable and that the staff is part of our family.
We are moving down to Jacksonville at the end of the month, yet have already made plans to come back routinely...read full review
