I used Suthern Cluck to cater a meal for 48 people (my son’s theater group) and it was raved about for weeks! They are the best at all they do and they do it with a superior execution! “Aqua Terra never fails.... I used to go there a lot when I was working in Buford. Nice cocktails at the bar before you sit down for the sizzling steaks and garlick mash potatoes, or perfectly seared scallops and pasta, topped with cream brulee, good selection of wines and port. My wife reminds me of her favorite, the lobster bisque. Professional service and live piano music, as per the original owner, Laura's vision.This New Year dinner, I was told that it changed hands but kudos to the new owners, everything was as good... “Came here on Friday night food was so good I had to run it back on Saturday. I ordered the seafood plate with fried fish, macaroni and cheese, yams also added collard greens and brussels sprouts. Some of the best soul food I’ve had in Buford please give these folks a try.“
