Just moved to the area & have not been to a Texas Roadhouse in a while & always had amazing service & good food in the past.
But tonight was not the case.
As soon as we sat down we had bread & within a minute, our waitress Samantha was on top of it & get our order & drinks. We knew what we wanted & was ready to eat. So definitely appreciate all that but thats where it went all down hill for me.

Celebrating with my wife and apparently nobody knows how to cook a steak medium. It’s either well done or raw, server was very slow and paid attention to most of the other tables and it took forever to get refills. I have pictures or how our steak looks but would rather someone from this establishment to contact me.
