“My son wanted waffle house for his birthday breakfast and he chose well! I think our servers name was Mia. She gave us some red white and blue hats and she was very attentive and kind. Everybody was great and the food was really good and priced well. Will be back“
“Food was amazing. Service wasn’t great though. My requests were dismissed which in turn made the cook have to remake things and I having to add additional items to the ticket. I wanted to leave a tip but only for the cook as they were the one whom didn’t seem irritated with the additional requests. I only hope the cook gets the tip and not the servers who seemed irritated the entire time“
“Got a late night dinner tonight and usually my expectations for ordering food around midnight are low but this was hands down, one of the best Waffle House experiences I’ve ever had. The eggs were so buttery perfect along with everything else I ordered - hats off to the crew at store #1400 tonight!“
“This is my 1st time in this Waffle House while i suppose to go to do gym but feel hungry, and i met Saaiba who served me so well and so friendly, the, i ordered Cheese Melt Hashbrown bowl, it is so yummy, love this place and definitely will be back, hope to see Saaiba again 👍“
“I know what you’re thinking. It’s Waffle House.
But hear me out.
I’ve been to this location three times now. Always during the day shift. Always a to-go order. And every single time it’s been the same experience — and I mean that in the best way.
The moment you walk in everyone speaks to you. Not one person. Everyone.
One visit I sat down waiting on my food. A cook — not a waiter, a cook — stopped what he was doing and asked if I’d been helped. He didn’t hesitate. Didn’t make it a big deal. Just checked on me.
That’s what separates this location from every other Waffle House I’ve been to. It’s not the menu. It’s the culture. Everybody is on the same page. You can feel it the moment you walk in. You know that feeling you get at Chick-fil-A where the service feels like a standard not a coincidence? That’s what this shift brings to Waffle House.
Three visits. Three times my order was right. Three times I left feeling like I actually mattered as a customer.
For a to-go order. At Waffle House.
That says everything.
What I liked:
• Everyone speaks when you walk in. Every time.
• The cook checked on me. That’s ownership.
• Three visits. Three correct orders.
Worth knowing:
• I’ve only experienced the day shift before 1pm. That’s the crew I’m speaking to.
If this is your local Waffle House — you’re in luck!“
“I have to say, I never thought I’d do a Waffle House review. Growing up around Waffle House I just never had high expectations. It was never bad, just never wowed me… until today. This location must be the cleanest, and overall most impressive Waffle House I’ve ever walked into. It’s super clean here. Service is impeccable! Mrs. Amy (Buttons) was such an amazing waitress. Chef had my food hot and ready and the food was just outstanding. The manager (WD) here even walked up, introduced himself, and asked how I was doing. In my opinion, this location is THE GOLD STANDARD of waffle houses and they should all run just like this! Thank you to the ownership, management, and staff, at this Waffle House location! I have a new expectation for Waffle House after leaving here today!“
