“Let me start by saying I had a bad experience with Waffle House when I first moved to Georgia, so I was very hesitant to try it again. But a friend convinced me, and I’m so glad I did! You really just have to go to the right location with the right staff and atmosphere.
This Lawrenceville location (30045) completely changed my mind! Walker and Casey were AMAZING and made sure my experience was nothing like before. Great service, great vibes, and they truly made me feel welcome. They promised I’d be back — and they were right!

“I went to this Waffle House and I am still thinking about the food I had. It was so good. You can tell the cook, Gruenberg, really knows what he's doing.
Speaking of the cook, can we talk about him for a second? I'm not usually one to leave reviews about the staff, but this guy is seriously handsome. I thought about asking for his number, but he might have a girlfriend, and I didn't want to make it awkward. I'll just admire from afar while I enjoy his amazing food.“

“This Waffle House on Sugarloaf is nice and the wait staff is good too. It's a bit out of our way but its way nicer than the one near us. And the staff is just better. They work as a team. And we love us some Waffle House weekend breakfast!“

I had a dark pecan waffle that was crunchy just like I was craving this morning with some great crispy bacon. Service by Mikaya was excellent. Two very happy customers this morning.“

“This is an online experience review. This is my 2nd time ordering and I accidentally ordered pickup when I needed delivery. I was extremely disappointed to learn that there is no immediate way to contact the store or any type of support which left me unsure I'd be able to receive a refund for food I couldn't receive.
I eventually left a complaint on the website that every phone number directed me to. First thing this morning, the store manager, Lance and the regional manager both reached out to me warmly to ensure it was resolved.
I was grateful and impressed, and will definitely order from here again, paying close attention to the pickup/delivery option. Keeping in mind they outsource to doordash.
As far as the food is concerned, my first order came perfectly. The temperature was still hot and was everything I'd missed. (I hadn't had waffle house in years).“
