Wendy's in Buford

“Super impressed by the hospitality and friendliness of the manager. I forgot to get his name. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, thanked me for coming in - and I was there unheard they offered a Veterans Day breakfast combo. Didn’t spend a dime today. We’ve been to this location dozens of times and always had great service and tasty food. And today, it was just that much better. Chicken biscuit was crispy and delicious. Coffee was hot and actually pretty good. But the service and the kindness is really what will bring me back here again.“

“Here are two Hispanics, a young man and a young lady who have treated me in an excellent way...
I can't eat cheese that comes in the cobb salad... and they know how to take care of why they made it for me... unfortunately only once when they were not there did they send me with cheese the other workers I imagine tried to remove the cheese but they didn't remove it all .. but when they are there, I mean, these Hispanics who were born here know how to serve well and thus attract customers... when you understand that it is important that the customer leaves satisfied...

“Well I got another restaurant and its name Wendy's at Buford Drive Mall of Georgia. Everything was fresh! I mean fresh to order! I asked the lady if she we having some wet fresh fries and my fries , hot my nuggets fresh to order and they were crispy so hands out to Wendy's doing a great job. June 3 3:30.“

“I pulled up and no other cars in the line. I paid and they parked me at the door to the restaurant. After waiting 10 minutes someone came and said 2 more minutes because they were cleaning the fryer. I waited 15 minutes total. Nobody else in line. If you are cleaning the fryer, why not tell me so I could just order something else.“
