“Clean, pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. Only change would to put larger amount of additives (lettuce, tomato, onion. etc) on ? burgers. The burgers we got may as well have not had these items added because they were so scant. I remember when BK used to have a "fixins bar" in the dining area where one could add their own additions. I understand why this is no longer provided. Our world has changed...
Parking: Actually has some shady spots to park because not all of the landscape has been mowed down.
Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door(s) should be mandatory in conjunction with the ADA law. I held 2 sets of doors open for a gentleman who had to use a walker and was juggling his bags of food as well. It was disheartening to watch people walk by and around this man without offering assistance when he obviously needed help. Wake up people! Get your face out of your phone and actually help someone else!“
“I want to recognize Izaak from the Hickory Flat location for his hard work. I arrived around 8:15 on Friday night. While waiting in the drive thru I notced it wa getting busy. The line was backing up & customers were coming in to order. I'm also sure online orders were coming in like mine. When it was finally my turn at the window he apologized for the wait & expressed how it was just him & another worker on duty. I commend him for covering all bases & getting everyone their orders but I hope he gets more support soon. I think they're currently hiring. But It had to be stressful. I myself would be at my breaking point. I hope he is rewarded in some way by management. Overall it would help Izaak & help to serve customers more effectively.“
