Burger King in Cartersville

“The staff here is great. They’re fast and friendly with burgers/food that are well made, not skimpy on toppings and fresh. I’ve messed up my order once or twice and they’ve always made it right even when they didn’t have to. So appreciate the excellent customer service.“

“Craving a burger so decided to go the best affordable burgers in town. Drive thru was packed but moved quickly. Attendant was nice and very attentive to my order, extremely friendly. I got my food and the fries were very well salted and perfectly crisp. The burger was great and tasted of perfection. I ordered the Maple Bourbon burger and will highly go for it again. This is my favorite location in Cartersville Ga, and as such is why I drive from Cassville to order here. Attentive service and perfect food, its the standard the other burger places should strive for. Kids loved the crowns!“

“Decent place, though it's not fast.

Staff were friendly, food was delicious, place was clean.

My one complaint was the wait time. We placed our order at 1:47 PM (I only know because when I was waiting after a while, I looked at the receipt), and it was 12:08 when we got our food (and that was only because I went up and asked about it). Not terribly pleasant.

Otherwise, it's a good Burger King, attached to the gas station with a Subway also in it. Bathrooms were common to all three businesses, but were fairly clean.

People working were friendly, and food was accurate and good, just took a long time (and it was just an adult combo and a kids' meals, not a big order, either).“

Extremely disappointing experience. The professionalism from the manager, Travis, was honestly shocking. I could hear him speaking to his employees in a way that was incredibly disrespectful and demeaning, almost as if he was talking to them like they were dogs. I also overheard him saying that customers were “insane” for being upset about waiting over 30 minutes, which says a lot about the attitude toward the people who are actually keeping the business running.

On top of that, I saw Travis outside having what appeared to be a very questionable interaction with someone sitting in a shady-looking car. I obviously can’t say what was happening, but from a customer’s perspective, it certainly didn’t look professional.

There was very little sense of urgency, customer service, or professionalism. If waiting over 30 minutes for an order is apparently something customers are just supposed to accept, and Travis has such little respect for both employees and customers, maybe it’s time to rethink the management approach.

And Travis — if you don’t like serving chicken nuggets, maybe you should find a new profession. 😂“
