“Hunnies, this Burger King, here!! It's better than, Loganville on Athens Hwy!! It's so New! Extra Clean! Fresh! Staff Members are Crisp and Extra Clean! The Window is moving, so fast, I was a little worried, Sug!!! That Food, was FRESHLY COOKED! Tea, was so so good!!! They keep their, drink machines clean!! You can tell the difference!! I loved my EXPERIENCE!!!! Great Job, Guys!!!! 💕“
“This is the best burger king in Atlanta. The food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and accurate. Their drive thru speaker works all the time and you can hear the clerk clearly. I have visited this location on different days throughout the week and weekend, also during breakfast hours and lunch/dinner. SAME GREAT SERVICE!! The mangers over here need to go train the mangers at the burger king on Donald Lee Hollowell!!“
“I’m only giving 5 stars because Warzear R was super helpful. He was the only worker on the night of 06/14/2026 Night shift. Even under so much stress he made my food and had a positive attitude. I did have to wait 45 minutes just to get the window but that’s not on him…He deserves much more than what tonight was.“

“By far the best Burger King in Atlanta! No other BK I’ve been to has had the food this fresh and the hispanic guy at the register is always nice and friendly. I did not notice that big of a price difference for being in the mall but even if there was the quality of food is worth it compared to some other Burger Kings I’ve been to. Definitely love coming here whenever I’m at Cumberland“
“I'm not sure how to actually rate this Burger King... I went thru the drive in and ordered a whopper with cheese combo. Paid and was told to pull up and wait. Apparently so was the car in front to me and two cars behind me. Waited about ten minutes. Sooo, was it a long wait, yes. Was it also the best whopper I've had in ages, also yes. So how do I rate this place? I think the best is to rate it on the food because, in my opinion, Burger King has been slipping on food quality. Not this story bud, not this one! So 4 stars.“
“This location and the one in Duluth on the east side of the freeway are the only good Burger King‘s in Atlanta. For what Burger King is that is. It seems like all the other locations have wilted, lettuce, tail buns, or dehydrated chicken. Thank you to all the team members to make this place. I go to stop for Burger King.“
“They were very down to earth with great customer service. Not like most fast food restaurant workers. Food was good and hot, store was clean. Only issue I had was the men bathroom was out of order. The tall lady manager told me I could use the women bathroom but I didn't want to do that. But over all good experience. I definitely would visit again“
“The Sponge Bob Meal has the city on a frenzy, my kids had me driving around the city searching for this thing, I called this location and the manager said they had it so off we went on a mini road trip from the west side of georgia. I must admit it was a bit pricey but well worth the smile on my kids face.
I really appreciated the kindness of the staff they were very friendly with the kids they even came out and place crowns on the girls and called them little princess.
I highly recommend this place for great service seemed understaffed but very attentive to your needs the food was hot and fresh“
“Last night was one of the worst airport experiences I have ever had; hours to get through TSA, followed by many more hours of flight delays before it was finally cancelled. I almost missed getting a hot meal before everywhere closed, but they squeezed me in. I am convinced the young man working the register was an angel from heaven lol he was so sweet, patient, and a calming presence. Thank you, sir!! ❤️“

“I dined in. As you walk in the place, you can tell it's clean, the lobby is clean, the counter is clean, and the beverage center are all well kept. I was greeted by who seemed to be the manager. Somehow, he seemed like he was former military by how he conducted himself and employees. He took my order, and the drive thru employee took my payment because the counter POS wasn't working. The window clerk looked at me, but he stood at the window. I thought he was taking a drive up order. That's when the manager dude said to the window clerk to speak up, because the manager guy could tell I didn't think he was talking to me. I was quite impressed. My order came quickly, and I was out in less than 3 minutes. Good job. Side note- I gave the manager an appreciative thumbs, telling him the MLK Burger King grill was out of service, so I drove in traffic to get to his store, which it was worth it.“
“This review is specifically for Erique. His customer service made my son very happy, and my son asked me to recognize him with a 5-star review.
My son is vegetarian and wanted a kids meal so he could get the toy, but there isn't a vegetarian kids meal option. We ordered him an Impossible Whopper instead, and Erique proactively asked him if he'd like the toy from the kids meal and then gave him one.
It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to my son. Thank you, Erique, for making his day!“
