“Very friendly place the first time I’ve ever been here. I saw a gentleman coming in and asked for water and they gave it to him. I also needed a plug to charge my phone in the worker went to the back and gave me her plug. I had the cord but I didn’t have the plug to go to the socket. I need the USB port you didn’t have to do that and you don’t find this too often, so kudos to the people here at Burger King on Hammond Drive .????“
“Food is always good but the staff is always short. They're always out of something, especially the lobby freestyle machine. The staff tries their best to accommodate to make up for the shortcomings. The cheeseburger shouldn't be sold anymore though. The burger patty was of a home cooked sausage patty. ?Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and pies“
“Everyone including the cashier, cooks and those roaming around seemed to enjoy their work environment which in turn carried over to providing excellent customer service. The entire facility was neat and clean.Vegetarian options: The florescent menu is set up to display different entries in the same section which makes it easy to view any options.Parking: Plenty of parking slots next to the entrance with a cement sidewalk leading to the restaurant entrance.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. “Honestly, I turned in to Burger King on accident. Let's just say Atlanta's traffic is horrible. ? Anyway, my order was taken with ease. The man that took my order was calm and friendly. He had a greeting smile when I got to the window. The food was hot and the drinks were cold. Everything was great!“
“This location has really turned around! Before new management everyone was so mean and did was always cold and just was not comfortable. I was hesitant about bringing my family here but was completely shocked after my most recent visit. Everyone was so lively and nice and the for was wonderful! “I've been in the area, visited twice, service was incredible. Drive thru staff was friendly and it definitely caught me off guard to hear "You Rule" from one of the guys there. Tool a few minutes, but well worth it, the food was nice and hot!“

They were swamped, but the way Management was helping to cushion the staff as they worked diligently through the chaos made it a flawless transaction for all that were involved. The staff was poised, courteous, considerate and adequately serving their customers. They were fast, accurate and still friendly. “It's surprisingly good for a burger king. Burger came out fast and hot. Shake was great. Ordered large fries and the packaging looked medium (might be large , haven't eaten at BK in a long time). Tables weren't cleaned, but I don't know if that is BK's responsibility or joint with the other fast food places or the airport's.“

“Burger and fries were really hot and fresh. Drive-through people were nice, I forgot to ask for ketchup and they’d already put it in the bag. One of the better burger kings I’ve been to in Georgia. Upgraded my drink for free due to a minor mix up.“

“Whatever cook made my food was PERFECT !! Sooo perfect I had to do a review ! My hash browns was crispy n just right ! My fully loaded sandwich got demolished before I could get on the highway ? !! This Burger King changed my thought of them cus I’m really not a fan .. only problem I had was they slower than usual and the janitor sweepin ya tires .. glad I wasn’t giving my man head this time ?“
