Burger King in Decatur

“Stopped by after a long time and these people are on it. The manager was working hard and the employees were right behind him. There were so many people in the lobby but they were all so nice and patient with everyone. Great team here! They need to stay!! I look forward to becoming a regular again“

“Have to say i was hungry and needed a quick bite. Went to the drive thru. Brand new digital menu boards looked fantastic. Bright even in direct sun, the content made the food look really inviting. Promptly and cheerfully took my order. Upon arrival at the window was warmly greeted by who I find out is the new GM. Great guy and you can tell he is doing his best to build a solid team around himself. QSR is not easy but you can always tell which teams care.

Got my order of Whopper Jr. and a small Coke. Yes not the best most healthy option but it served the purpose! Burger was exactly how I ordered it. Fresh, tasty. Not Farm Burger by any means but far above average based on expectation.

I have seen that BK is saying all the right things on ads. Nice to see at the very least in this location the message is being heard at the unit level as they are doing a fine job. I would for sure come back. Hope leadership actually see this as they deserve a pat on the back! Cheers Russ“

The shakes were stirred with love wne the young woman at the drive through window was very kind and respectful. Did not expect this level of service at a Burger King especially at the 10pm. I’ll definitely be back!“
