Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere
It’s an absolutely beautiful restaurant, some of the best spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmigiana, and Caesar salad I’ve ever had, and not to mention, the owners put their hearts and souls into it. They are genuinely good people, love what they do, and go above and beyond to make sure people have a great experience. ❤️
Huge fan of all the homemade pastas and the crispy chicken. Great atmosphere in the heart of Downtown Canton.

POPS (Palermo's Original Pasta & Sandwiches) is a wonderful addition to downtown Canton, offering delicious pastas, sandwiches, and salads. The Osso buco and breakfast options, such as eggs in purgatory and ricotta toast with caramelized bananas, are must-tries. The historic building provides a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, with friendly staff and smooth jazz music adding to the relaxing vibe. The owners are dedicated to serving quality food and supporting the local community, sourcing coffee from nearby small businesses. Customers praise the food's flavor, from tasty meatballs with spices to garlic cheesy bread with marinara dip. Main dishes like the Bolognese, made with in-house noodles, and the B-Sting sandwich, with hot honey slaw and spicy pepper, are highly recommended. Many visitors appreciate the outstanding and attentive service, which enhances the inviting atmosphere. While some prefer a more traditional diner experience, including wine in a glass, many find POPS to be a favorite local spot for amazing food and friendly service, keeping customers coming back. The menu is well executed, with combinations of flavors that impress diners, ensuring they will continue to return.
