Got in line today at 10:30 and at 10:45 still have not paid or received my order. It's not like I ordered 10 smoothies. I love smoothie king but long wait times on a weekend when you are busier don't work. Also I have seen 3 people leave the drive through line. Business you are loosing.

While there have been some busy days when the staff was limited, the crew remains dedicated. The general manager, known for her professionalism, has impressed customers even when working alone. The servers are always ready to answer questions and help with any issues, making visits enjoyable, especially on weekends. Indya and Ben at the Hickory Flat location are recognized for their excellent service, consistently getting orders right and offering helpful suggestions. Overall, Smoothie King is highly recommended for its fantastic smoothies and excellent service, with solid people who strive to make each experience great.
