“I had Lola’s meatloaf and while it wasn’t quite like my dear old mother’s the portions were just as large and please don’t tell her, but it tasted even better. At 6’5” 380lbs I’m a big boy with a big appetite but with two giant slices of baked meatloaf perfectly seasoned with a nice grilled crust, garlic toast, mashed potatoes and brown gravy along with a side of delicious fried honey drizzled brussel sprouts I was full as a tic…errrr…. or I’ll just say full, and it was just $17.00 for all of it. I was there for a weekday lunch. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was great along with the service. “I'll tell you what. I used to badmouth this place. Idk what it was about it but, probably 5 years ago I ate here with my mom for a lunch and was not impressed. I never gave it a second chance. About a year ago my parents started going back for some odd reason and invited me on a Sunday after church. Let me tell you, I've probably eaten here 2 dozen times in a years time and every single time this place delivers excellent food and service! I'm so disappointed of my first impression leading me astray for 5 years. “Sidelines grill in Holly springs is an excellent sports bar. They've got TVs all over the place, The aesthetic is very bright and filled with energy, yet it's still a good environment to come and relax and just enjoy a nice meal. They offer a wide variety of specialized drinks and mocktails.

The food was what you would expect, your typical sports bar type fare. Not bad by any stretch, but when you come to a sports bar like this you're not necessarily there for top tier food. The appetizers and burgers are the standouts for sure.

This location is also very well suited for coming to watch any type of sports event. They have TVs that are connected directly to the booths, so even if you can't get a spot next to a big screen you have plenty of visibility.
