“I never write reviews but my experience at Applebee’s was so fantastic I had to write a review. Our server Olivia was the best we’ve ever had. She was so attentive, friendly, and considerate. We ordered the potato skins, but upon learning they were sold out, Olivia recommended the loaded waffle fries and switched out the beer cheese for shredded cheese for us. She brought refills very quick and our food out quicker. She also made us these delicious soda refreshers with passion fruit syrup. So good! The food was delicious as well. I got the cajun salmon and my boyfriend got the unlimited wings. 5/5 experience.“

“I had Lola’s meatloaf and while it wasn’t quite like my dear old mother’s the portions were just as large and please don’t tell her, but it tasted even better. At 6’5” 380lbs I’m a big boy with a big appetite but with two giant slices of baked meatloaf perfectly seasoned with a nice grilled crust, garlic toast, mashed potatoes and brown gravy along with a side of delicious fried honey drizzled brussel sprouts I was full as a tic…errrr…. or I’ll just say full, and it was just $17.00 for all of it. I was there for a weekday lunch. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was great along with the service. I would definitely go again and writing this has made me hungry so where’s that Sidelines supper menu.“

“I've been going here since it opened. These days, I'm there every Sunday with my dad, Bill, and sometimes this other dude joins us. I think his name is Gary or Bert. He stinks, but we feel sorry for him, so we let him join us. Gameday has become our spot, and we've made some great memories over beers, great food, and superb service. Jessica Biel lookalike Kendall, along with Leslie, Val, and newly appointed super cool server Kate, all make us feel at home and take awesome care of us. I'd name more servers, but these ladies wait on us the most. There's also this dude named Cruz. He's a manager and an awesome human. “Sidelines grill in Holly springs is an excellent sports bar. They've got TVs all over the place, The aesthetic is very bright and filled with energy, yet it's still a good environment to come and relax and just enjoy a nice meal. They offer a wide variety of specialized drinks and mocktails.

The food was what you would expect, your typical sports bar type fare. Not bad by any stretch, but when you come to a sports bar like this you're not necessarily there for top tier food. The appetizers and burgers are the standouts for sure.

This location is also very well suited for coming to watch any type of sports event. They have TVs that are connected directly to the booths, so even if you can't get a spot next to a big screen you have plenty of visibility.
