“Bagels were very good... (we purchased 3 bagels and 7 donuts) $35.00 we took them home, girl squeezed them into a small box... kept rearranging them. I told her she needed a larger box. (ignored me). we opened box home and the donuts were missing toppings, ( fallen off) icing smashed on side of box.“

“I HAVE BEEN TO THE DUNKIN’ IN CARROLLTON SEVERAL TIMES, AND THE BACON HAS CONSISTENTLY BEEN UNDERCOOKED. UNDERCOOKED BACON IS NOT ONLY UNAPPETIZING, IT CAN ALSO CAUSE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES SUCH AS FOOD POISONING, BACTERIAL INFECTIONS, AND PARASITES. ON THIS VISIT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE BACON TO BE COOKED MORE, YET THE STAFF BURNT THE BREAD UNTIL IT TASTED LIKE CHARCOAL WHILE THE BACON WAS STILL LEFT UNDERCOOKED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND A HEALTH HAZARD.
THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY ARE EFFICIENT AT GETTING YOUR FOOD TO YOU QUICKLY WHEN YOU WALK IN. HOWEVER, FAST SERVICE DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR FOOD THAT IS BOTH UNSAFE AND INEDIBLE.
Update: After going back, I spoke with a supervisor. She apologized for the miscommunication and explained that my request was never passed along to the person making my sandwich. She also explained that the bacon comes pre-cooked; however, I didn’t know that because this is the first Dunkin’ I’ve been to where it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I’ve been to many different Dunkin’ locations in other states, and they always made sure the bacon was cooked properly, even though it was already pre-cooked. She handled the situation gracefully, was patient, listened to my concerns, and made sure to fix the issue. That’s the kind of service I can appreciate. 4 stars instead of 1.“
