It offers a fantastic selection of in-house-made meads at very reasonable prices, as well as a gigantic self-serve beer wall and a nice selection of spirits. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, and they have food trucks on weekends serving a variety of perfectly smoked meats prepared by their own pit boss, along with homemade sides that complement the meals and encourage repeat visits. The large, open indoor space creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere that doesn’t feel like a busy, loud bar. Customers praise the clean and welcoming environment, the owners' warm and friendly nature, and the delicious mead flavors, including the apple a la mode. Besides the food, the venue offers activities throughout the week such as bingo, karaoke, line dancing, and live music, making it a lively but relaxed place. Visitors appreciate that it’s not a typical college crowd, but a more low-key spot worth checking out.
