I eat regularly at Subway and usually it's the 12 inch Philly, today I got a 12 in as described, when I complained about the small amount of meat on the sandwich I was told it's the normal amount it barely would cover a 6 inch, I asked for jalapeños and ggot a total of 3 , I am somewhat surprised at the attitude but when you hire the entitled generation you get it. It will be my last subway purchase I can spend my money at Firehouse, JJ and others. I will not pay for a 12 inch and receive a sandwich that wouldn't pass for a six inch

We work at Zep on third shift and we can never order food because the person who works at night named Joy purposefully leaves for break when we come in. We have asked her to stay so that we can order subway but she won’t. She is rude and very inconsiderate. We work hard all night long and look forward to subway but clearly it’s not in her plan to give us any.Tonight we asked her what time she comes in, she says 11. We asked what time you go on break …. She says 2… then that means she should be done with her break by 2:35 when we get here on our lunch break. And I mean it’s like 15 of us. So she is losing major money denying us service.

What are they hiding? Brownish meat, dried out tuna, funky looking bacon, oxidized avocado? Oh and when those steel covers are over the veggie section, we won't be able to see those conditions either. Normally items look decent, but there have been times the spinach has black wilt, cucumbers frozen, & the avocado should be thrown out.Now those covers will pay for themselves in short order, by being able to 'stretch' old items longer without the consumer knowing till it's bought and out the door!How do I know if I want more sauce on the meatballs? Too much extra oil, but not enough vinegar...do I have them start with new bread? Too much onion or not enough? Please hold up my sandwich to let me see! I could go on, so many scenarios! I'm pissed because they got 3 out of 3 sandwiches wrong. Easily remedied had I seen.Subway's specialty niche of making a sandwich to one's personal likings is now switching over to generic run of the mill service.As for me, either the 2 times a week visits of 2-4 sandwiches each visit will stop or I'll start requesting to have them hold up each tub for me to inspect.Updated review will be 2 stars or lower once nothing is visible.

I was giving her orders but she didn't listen and had airpods on which she kept messing up my order and charged me $15 dollars for footlong tuna and some chips. Also when I check my receipt they put "1 spcl add meat" reminder I just got only tuna. smh bad

New stainless steel hood "to keep the meat fresh" effectively blocks the view for the entire meat and cheese assembly area. The sandwich I got was a $12 sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Almost NO meat on the sandwich, the bread was the size and consistency of a baguette, and the lady assembling it was rude af!!! Avoid this place at ALL costs!!!

This Subway ripped me off! I was charged over $10 per sub, one of which was a veggie delight (no meat). When asked why I was being charged $2 extra for each sub (compared to the price on the board) the employee shouted “extra cheese” at me as an explanation, even though I never requested more than the normal amount. Staff provided very conservative portions of each topping, the subs were not as heavy as they should have been, and they barely had any cheese in them. Do they charge everyone a mark-up on a fake “extra”? This greedy location takes advantage of hungry travelers!

This place is wonderful. Friendly and fast service. My order is ALWAYS correct. The prices are reasonable for today's times. Food is always fresh. If you are wanting something quick and flavorful, this is a great place to stop in for a bite.

The worst subway I've ever been toI got a cheesesteak the meat was cold I asked for a little pepper and they covered it in it so all I tasted was pepper not what you would expect for an 18 dollar sub just nasty I'll never go back
