“Dr. Scofflaw’s has a laid-back vibe with indoor and outdoor (dog friendly) seating. They offer hard seltzer, frozen drinks and cocktails, so there’s something for everyone to drink. It’s a fun place to watch sports, and they sometimes have live bands outside. Plus, you’ve got tons of food options around, and you can bring food in. It’s a fun afternoon hang.“
“Such a great selection of beer, did not expect to find something related to mango lassi with hints of both mango and coconut, 2 of my favorite flavors esp together. You could smell the mango before you sip it. Amazing. Probably the best sour and perhaps overall beer we’ve ever had.“

“This is a small cute brewery. The beer is good. The location is good.
But if I’m being honest the only reason I’m deducting stars is because the two ladies behind the bar were quite short and unpleasant. Perhaps they were having a bad day. But they had no issues making our party feel as though we were a burden (spoiler we weren’t )
If you want to come for a solo good beer then I recommend it but I can’t promise the bartenders will be welcoming.“
“I really love this place! Lots of fun rotating beers, community events, and so much space inside. Usually food vendors are on-site, and all the ones I've tried are super tasty. Very dog and kid friendly, but not really a good option for your little league team events (please stop ruining the experience for everyone else and just take them to Chuck E Cheese).“

“Metal 🤘🏼 a local Avondale Estates institution, with frequent parking lot markets and, occasionally, wrestling matches. Heavily hopped IPAs were a favorite, complemented well by barrel-aged options. Not what you'd expect - but in a good way.“
“The sours at this place are all amazing! We are from out of town and had randomly bought a sour beer at Walmart. When I tasted it, I knew it was one of the places we’d have to hit in person.
The outside seating is great when it’s not too hot. We opted for inside up in the loft area. They had tons of games and a comfy couch. The kids had a blast playing games while we sipped. The pot pies they had were really good too!!
They have tons of merch but unfortunately were out of hats :(“

“This is the Woodlands project of Sweetwater brewery, which is rentable event space and where barrel aged beer rests. Open to the public on weekends, check the times. The beers on offer here are excellent, unique, and widely appreciated by different pallets. Beers aged in wine barrels take on the character of wine, which was a new flavor to me. The space is beautiful and impressive. It’s very cool to be able to sip some drinks while wandering around rows of barrels.“
“I am just in love with this place! I'm in town for a baby shower and had a little extra time, so I stopped here for a beer. Not only is the beer great, but the patio is amazing with plenty of shade and plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun on a beautiful 62 degree day like today! Roxanne, the bartender, absolutely made my day and made me feel so welcome! My partner and I are planning a brewery weekend in Decatur soon, and we will definitely come back here. “The just bbq company catered my wedding. There were no leftovers because of how delicious the food was. My guests raved all night about how the smoked sausages were the best they have ever had. The owner, John, is extremely kind and accommodating. Every item on the menu is 11/10!!! Highly recommend.“

“Brisket and pork were great (beans too). Salad was fresh. Their own beers were not on tap today, because they are replacing the cooler and tap units. Their beer is back on in early September. Meanwhile, the have some other regional beers. I'm coming back in September for their beers.“
