“I went with my nephew and sister we had a great experience the food was awesome the people were spectacular by the chicken and beef kabob plate which was delicious my nephew had lamb kabobs awesome also and my sister had creamy chicken and that was awesome and the chicken salad everything we had was awesome great job proud of you guys keep the good work up highly recommend.!”

“I was out hiking with friends and randomly chose this restaurant for lunch. It did not disappoint! We had a fabulous dining experience! The jambalaya was full of flavor with just the right amount of spice to give it a kick without being overwhelming.
The bread was so good that we ended up asking for three baskets! Warm, fresh, and impossible to stop eating!
Our server, Molly, was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She answered all of our questions, made excellent recommendations, and helped make our meal even more enjoyable. My friend enjoyed her lemon drop as well.
Great food, excellent service, and a fantastic overall experience.
One suggestion, don't have the drink pitchers sitting under the tree for anything to drop in them.”

“All I can say.....If you have not been yet you should go asap! We have spent many days with this family oriented restaurant/bar. The owners are the real deal....super honest, hardworking locals. My boyfriend didn't do the math correctly on the bill today...and the owner came and clarified it with him. It was to the benefit of the bar...and yet she came over and asked about it. I was a bartender for many years and never thought about an extra large tip. I'm just saying..you don't find that in this day and age. EVER. We will continue to frequent this place every week....and not just because the food is AMAZING and the service is great. They have a great selection of top shelf liquors and wine...and fantastic frozen drinks....Kel is a fantastic bartender...and its the only place that serves Kendall Jackson on the lake! We usually go by boat, but can be accessed by vehicle at La Prade's...plenty of spots for parking to grab a drink or food. Not enough stars to rate this establishment! Go Bill's!”

“So good! We were in Clarksville for 5 days and went here 3 times! Everything we got was so good. My favorite was the blackberry cobbler, got that one twice! Love the ambiance inside the shop too - board games, books, and a piano and guitar for guests to play. Can't wait to come back to Clarksville for this coffee shop!”

I love the ' coffee flight' with 4 hand picked large sampling of iced or hot teas and coffees.y favorite Lavender Honey coffee!!!! Did I forget to mention the delicious bakery treats too. “The bartender Emily was absolutely epic!!! We came in to grab a drink on the water and she made us the best margarita ever!! She suggested adding some Grand Marnier to complete it and wow!!! She was super personable and made us want to come back and visit this marina just because of her hospitality!!!!”

“Attic WE live in Highlands, NC but our kids live in GA. It is a wonderful drive there and back, but we always plan our trip with a lunch stop in Clarkesville, at the Attic Restaurant. Exposed brick walls, a nice bar and ALWAYS fresh foods: I almost always get special soup. We dine inside, but outside is lovely too! Love the waitstaff, the ownership, and even the guests are congenial. The town has cute shops, a great antiques shop and more. You never know where to go off the interstate, BUT the attic is worth the detour!”

“No one knows JUST how AMAZING the food is here because it's tied to a bowling alley. Let me just tell you..... It's some of the best food in Habersham County. The menu is as big as Texas. Don't know what to get? Go on a Tuesday and try a specialy cocktail by the best bartender ever. Start with an appetizer of spinach artichoke dip, the Greek salad will hit home. For a meal, hit the burger menu. ALL of them are to die for. Have fun, Eat happy. Much LoVE”

“I have dined at The Copper Pot many times, and somehow I have never tried the Gateway Grits…until today! Let me tell you, this is the best grit dish I have had in a very long time. I am very particular about my grits, and love that their grits are sourced locally from Nora Mill just down the road in Helen. I was looking for something that would warm me up on a cold January afternoon, and this hit the spot. It also helped that I had WONDERFUL service from Alex. She was very attentive, kind, and provided good conversation. Grateful to have wonderful eateries like The Copper Pot in my hometown!”

“We love Nancy and Shirley! It's almost that simple! That and the wonderful sandwiches they and the other employees make! Corporate makes them do this or that, some rules about where and when cheese goes on, and how to lay out the sandwich, but trust me, when the chips are down, they will make your sandwich YOUR WAY! And it will be awesome! My wife and I go every Friday night, it's our date night for each other, where we know we will get a nutritious meal and have some leftover for lunch the next day. The ladies always make what we like, and are attentive and caring. In fact, Ms Nancy is one of our oldest friends in Clarkesville, since we moved here five years ago. She was running the other location, and has had to work through thick and thin with less than honest employees costing her time and money. Since the new location, it's been better, and the whole environment has improved. They love what they do, and the food shows it! If you haven't eaten there, take a chance and give them credit for working all the time, for us, for better meals! Thanks so much to all the employees of downtown Clarkesville Subway! We love you and what you do for us!”
