Cottage House Restaurant Reviews
We stopped for lunch today while passing through and disappointed is an understatement. Nothing but maybe the mashed potatoes were “home cooked”. The Mac and cheese had no seasoning, the green beans were warmed right from a can, the brown and white gravy was from powder mix, the rice had no seasoning, and the fried steak was from frozen food supply. The fried chicken was ok at best. Sorry, but this place was way overrated and not worth the $30 for lunch and we cannot recommend.
A Must-Visit Spot in Cleveland, GA!
Stopped at The Cottage House Restaurant during a property caravan, and it was the perfect lunch break! The food was delicious—true Southern comfort—and the staff made us feel right at home. As a local realtor, I love finding gems like this to recommend to clients. A cozy, welcoming spot I’ll definitely be back to!
First time customer and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were very big. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
