“The staff at Yoshi Express is really what sets this restaurant apart. They are beyond friendly and knowledgeable! They worked to create a fully vegan meal: the Yoshi Vegetables using oil rather than butter and hot sushi rice rather than the fried rice. They also have spring rolls available as well. They were super allergy-conscious and offered to clean the grill and double checked for allergies like soy and spices. I definitely recommend Yoshi Express for all dietary options.
