Steve took the time to understand our needs and guided us through the displays, meticulously explaining the features of each grill and sharing his personal experiences with them. His knowledge and professionalism were evident, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about ensuring his customers are fully satisfied. In addition to their impressive selection of grills, Owl's Nest BBQ also offers a wide range of accessories, seasonings, and sauces. Whether you're a seasoned griller or just getting started, their comprehensive product offerings ensure you have everything you need for the perfect barbecue experience. We ultimately purchased a Ledge Prime 2.0, and the entire experience reaffirmed our decision.
