Applebee's Grill + Bar may have had some service issues, but Shay/Shae stood out with exceptional service. Despite some rude hosts and delays, the servers like Shay/Shae were welcoming and positive, showing initiative and going above and beyond for customers. The pleasant and representable staff made the dining experience enjoyable, even though there were some hiccups with late orders and missing silverware.
