Mgr.Cee Cee helped me out when I had a issue at the Macon Rd location. She pointed me in the right direction.....never purchase a gift card at the Macon Rd location!
Captain D's serves okay food with great customer service. The restaurant has a quiet, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Parking can be a challenge due to road work, but there is plenty of space once you navigate the entrance. Wheelchair accessibility is available, although the sidewalk can be a barrier at times.
