They forgot to put the butter in with the cinnamon. It was so dry, gross! It was like taking this teaspoon cinnamon challenge. There was no gooey anything. And I took mine up to the counter and the girl said we can't control that the cinnamon is dry. So I asked her about the butter that was supposed to be mixed in with it, and she said that there was no butter supposed to be in it. And wouldn't give a refund. But I have never ever ever ever encountered a Cinnabon quite like that...read full review
