“This is hands down the best Dunkin’ in the area. Everyone is incredibly friendly, no matter how early I show up in the morning. Even if my wife and I are out shopping and happen to be right next to the Dunkin’ on Macon, I’d still go out of my way to drive to the Manchester location.

Brittney is awesome! She remembers my order, and so do many of the other employees. Most mornings they are already starting my order once I pull up. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.

“So I've had some issues at this store before in the past, but the new general manager Rose is incredibly helpful and very kind. She corrected our last incorrect order without hesitation and was very helpful. We will be coming back to this location soon!“

“Love this location, me and my wife stop in every morning on the way to church. The staff love to have fun and even entertain my requests for crazy combos, so i like sweet and savory like most people, they will take the time to figure out how to place an order for me and create a donut breakfast sandwich. I have done this with a maple glazed and a cinnamon roll(personal opinion the maple glaze is better) but i am getting ready to head back again and get me my custom order. Everyone is so nice and i think it should be said that if you take time to treat the people making your food like humans and not servants you may get a better experience. Just like with every other relationship in life you have to keep in mind it is a two part deal. Love, joy, Jesus and keep up the good work ladies.“
