The staff are friendly and helpful, making the arrival process smooth. Drivers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the helpful yard dog and security personnel. They load fast, and drivers can get in and out in 30 minutes with a full trailer. There's overnight parking along the side road. It would be a nice touch if they offered samples of their delicious products to drivers, as some already receive them before leaving.
