looks like a nice sandwich place but get treated like you're at mcdonalds
Went today and air conditioning was not working. Sweet young lady, McKenzie, took our order while wiping sweat off her forhead.
Food was tasty but we ended up sitting outside since it was cooler.
I went back inside to get a box for my leftovers. Asked McKenzie how long A/C had been off.
She said since the a.m 🙄
Needless to say I wrote corporate and e-mail.
McAllister’s is lucky their employees stayed today !
Took my sister for her first visit ever, and my first to the Columbus location- and first in several years. Our cashier (tall with dreadlocks) was so kind and pleasant and helpful- we both ordered a veggie spud and I had the chicken avocado salad and that is the best salad I’ve ever had in my life!! I will be craving it all the time so I’ll be back!!
