My husband suffers from PTSD and is a service member and we decided to stay in for this Veterans Day. We order from Grub Hub and no one ever informed us that’s they didn’t have a specific item and they still took the money. My husband informed Grub hub and they gave him a song and a dance. I called BOURBON AND SMOKE and was told they ran out of wings and that was good enough for them. Not Vet friendly and don’t recommend them to support our troops.
We had a party of 6 lastnight around 8:30. The restaurant was not busy. So we got seated very quickly. The waitress took our drink orders and appetizers. They were good. Dinner took 45-60 mins to get there and the restaurant was not busy. Two people got okra for sides and the waitress forgot about it and once reminded didn’t bring it till the check came out. Had dinner here with a group of 5 while we were in town for a conference. Had to wait to be seated, no problem. Place started slowly clearing once we were seated. Our sweet waitress was new. However, it took us a solid 45 minutes to even get our drinks, and food was a little longer than that. The food was great though. But we got our food after 9, so we didn’t really get the time to enjoy it. Go, but don’t go in any rush.
