“Today I would, but if you would have asked me on 11/07/21 I would have said HECK NO. I went in ordered two pizzas and when I went to pay the system froze. They were unable to open the other register, then it came back up, another ladynplaced her order and when she went to pay it went back down. So the customers after that were asked to pay with cash, as they tried to get the registers back up. My pizza then came up and they asked if I had cash for which I replied no, I asked if they had an ETA on when the system would be back up and they had no idea. So at that point I lefted I had my kids with me and we could wait with no idea of how long. So they keep the pizza and me and my kids went home. Highly disappointed“

“I normally get pick-up from this location. It's 3 blocks away from me. I even sometimes walk with the kids to go get our order. And the pizza is usually good & hot, even if we walk. And everyone is usually nice & helpful weither we walk-in for pick-up, or use the drive thru. But this time, I was sick, so ordered delivery. It took over an hour to get 2 pizza's delivered 3 blocks. And by that time, it was warm, no longer hot. I understand it was dinnertime & busy. But I can't get over that they waited to deliver the order that was 3 blocks away & probably the easiest one of the night. And yes, I put a tip even though it should have been the easiest delivery they had.“

“Once I arrived to pick up my phone order, I realized misinformation was provided from the call center when I placed my order. I was told that BBQ chicken pizza was not available but the young man working the counter told me that was inaccurate and I could always order it. He offered to make the BBQ Chicken pizza on the house and add it to my order even though he was just making pizzas, managing staff, answering phone calls, and helping walk in customers. He was great.“

“I went to the popeys in Commerce GA and the cashier/server Isaiah was awesome 👌. He was very courteous, friendly, patient and welcoming and had service with a smile. I have been to this popeyes many times before and had stopped coming back but this is the first time that I have had such a wonderful service/ experience.
