Waffle House in Commerce

“Hark! Let it be known throughout the land, that upon the morn of mine travels, I didst find refuge and glory within the hallowed halls of the Waffle House in Commerce. The service, swift as a falcon and gentle as a bard’s song, didst warm mine heart as surely as the coffee filled mine goblet. The food—O sweet heavens!—the waffle, golden as a king’s crown; the hashbrowns, scattered like stardust, smothered and covered with divine intent. Each bite a hymn, each sip a prayer answered. Ne’er have I known such effortless cheer and perfect fare in one place. I declare this establishment a jewel of the realm and wouldst gladly break fast here ‘til the end of days.“

“I wish I asked who the cook was. But he was on his game. Ask what I was going to order before the waitress could get to me but both times I came to eat. They weren't slammed but other tables had two or more guests but he nailed every order and not skipped a heartbeat“
