Cafes near Concord

“Our family loves the Concord Cafe. Not only is the food great, the atmosphere is great! So happy we live nearby, because we go as often as possible! (The new owners did a fabulous job remodeling the building. My grandfather operated a General Store in the building in the early 1900’s. My dad, born in 1913, worked in the store from age 5 until he boarded the train for Young Harris College in 1930. After my grandfather retired, my aunt and Uncle ran the General Store on the west side of the building.) There is a ton of history in that building and The Concord Cafe is certainly making history with the great food served in the building.“

“Excellent food and service! Everything tastes homemade. I had the country fried chicken with gravy, mashed potatos and a side salad. My dad had the chicken fried steak, baked potato and side salad. And we splurged on a piece of Blondie cake for dessert. It was delicious and decadent. Our server was a friendly young man with a lot of energy. We will definitely eat there again!“
