“My family and I have been a fan of Pippins for over 30 years and the slaw and fried okra are our two favorite sides. Well about 3 weeks ago I called and ordered a family meal and the lady that took my order never stated they were OUT of PORK for the dinner. So I arrive and then get ask what I want to substitute the meat for… I chose smoked turkey. (Not a fan ) Then today I placed an order over the phone for a family meal with a large side of okra (for the grand baby) and told 20 min - I drive from McDonough to Conyers only to be told they don’t have Okra today. To top it off the slaw was NOT the original delicious slaw I have always gotten. It was chopped differently and the taste was just not good. Don’t change it if it ain’t broke… so disappointing the last two visits.“

“I visted the wing house today I ordered 10pc xtra crispy with fries ..I must say the food was nasty. My wings were not crispy it had a funny smell to it like they use the same oil to fry the fish so that was a no for me but the customer service was awesome .“

“I arrived early for my group get together, so my husband and I sat at the bar and had a drink while we waited. I didn't catch the bartender's name but I was impressed with her efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism. We were a party of 16 adults and had a wonderful dining expertise. The hostess arranged tables so we could eat together and our server, Tuqwanna, was fabulous. She took our orders, and stayed on top of any needs. She noticed when there was a need for more beverage and replenished them. She is an absolute treasure for this resterant. The meals all came out in a decent amount of time and where great. When I'm in the area in the future I plan to stop back in.“

“I visited the restaurant on 7/19 and the service was great. I had the pleasure of having Felicia as my server and she was great. The hostess (I didn't get her name) was friendly as well. The food could have been warmer.“

“The food was so fire that we ordered additonal dinners to go. We had the large rib tip dinner with potato salad and collards. Sooo good.“

“My Husband and I just ordered from here about an hour ago....OMG the food is SO good. I got Rib Tips, Mac&cheese, Baked Beans & my Husband got Greens, Mac&cheese & fried okra. Both BBQ sauces (spicy and mild) tasted good. The baked beans are delicious and I've been craving some GOOD BAKED BEANS (something I was looking forward to for a long time, don't judge me though). They give a great amount of food for the prices ($33 total) and everything was seasoned perfectly. We will definitely be back for more! Thank you guys for a great experience.“

“On that side of town so stopped by. My daughter and I tried several items all were good. My favorite were the ribs and the potato salad which had a unique smoky type flavor while still capturing the great taste of a good southern potato salad. Everything was fresh tasting and will definitely be back. I don’t love on that side but it’s definitely worth the drive“
