I ordered a cake on a Tuesday for a Friday AM pickup. I went in to get in and they didn’t have it because they “just didn’t make it.” I’m still giving them two stars because the staff that was there at the time did their best to help me and did end up finding a premade cake that was close to what I ordered. Don’t depend on this location.
Truthfully, if I could give 0 stars, I would. We have stopped going to this DD/BR even though it is less than a mile from our neighborhood. We drive 20 minutes to the one on GA 20 These guys are always out of stock, actually sometimes I think they just tell me that so they don't have to take my order. The facility is never clean and on one occasion, the worker actually rolled his eyes at me. To his horror, my daughter called him out. Needless to say, this DD/BR is on our no-go...read full review

Very sad! Dunkin Donuts sells itself! To think that an order was made incorrectly, and there was not one iota of thought to make the coffee as ordered is just plain lazy! Truly disappointing!
