Paid $35 for 2 freaking subs and some cookies , no drinks or chips. This is insane. They are a franchise so they make their own prices and definitely price gouge. I will be contacting BBB. Super unfair. The old man was nice tho.
Ice cold sub.
I would leave a 0 if possible. Order was placed in the app with clear directions. Arrived before order was mad in an effort to make sure things were made correctly. One lady completely ignored me as I tried to correct her before she messed up my sandwich. And the other tried to argue with me telling me it was because I placed my order in the app. Either way, stay clear if you’re looking for order accuracy and competent customer service.
