Ordered in-store- Sunday afternoon- Manager stated delay in service was due to short staff. This visit, our experience was disappointing, unfriendly, and I felt unwelcome. Why return? Its a hit or miss...Visits prior were happy and exceptional, however this visit I watched an unprofessional leader talk openly about her staff. Selectively Ignore consumers. Provide incomplete / wrong orders.
