“Stopped here with my kids for a quick lunch. This was our first time trying Freddy's. The service was good. The burgers were good but the fries were a bit cold. The atmosphere was the place was okay I just recommend cleaning the tables.“

However, the food was excellent.“

“I ordered from here using Uber Eats and my food was delicious. The Vegetable Fried Rice was the best I’ve ever had, very flavorful and full of veggies. The talapia was good too. The food was so good that I went to the place myself the following day to order and it was delicious! The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent!“

“Customer service was mediocre but can be better. Attitudes were nonchalant. The cashiers are not familiar with WNB loyalty rewards & need to be aware of service & products. The best factor about this location is that they have a 100% health inspection score. I probably will not return to this location.“

I have a WNB that’s less than 5 minutes from me but I chose to go to this location which is 15 minutes away because of the customer service and the taste of the food. I tried the location in snellville I wasn’t pleased. I have been here 3 times in less than a week. So for now this will be my go to spot.“

“My husband went and grabbed us dinner from here. Food was fresh and hot! When I say even the French fries were good! The onion rings were crisped just right and the drink wasn't flat. And they were special ordered no onions on one and no mayo on the other. Yall were on point!! We will definitely be back“

“people usually give a different review when it’s busy but i feel like this place needs more credit where it’s due when it’s just an average day.

The food came out pretty quick, got sat down immediately. Service was quick and simple. Wasn’t missing anything from my order. Food tasted good as always.

“The boneless teriyaki chicken wings were amazing & so was the shrimp fried rice as well.. The price was a little steep, but I'd eat here again.. For the 10 piece combo which includes a small drink, option of fries or fried rice, it cost $23.00.. The Cashier was as friendly as a cactus.. The great food made up for the lack of premier customer service..“
