“Customer service was mediocre but can be better. Attitudes were nonchalant. The cashiers are not familiar with WNB loyalty rewards & need to be aware of service & products. The best factor about this location is that they have a 100% health inspection score. I probably will not return to this location.“

“Went there today for my first time. My husband loves their wings, so I decided to stop by and get him some. The place was very clean and you could tell they put extra care into organizing it. The young lady who took my order had great customer service and a lovely smile. She said I could post her picture. You guys should host birthday parties, etc....I'm thankful for a business like this and we need more like them in Conyers!“

“I visted the wing house today I ordered 10pc xtra crispy with fries ..I must say the food was nasty. My wings were not crispy it had a funny smell to it like they use the same oil to fry the fish so that was a no for me but the customer service was awesome .“

“As many times as I have come here, I've never once had a problem with my food, and that speaks volumes, seeing how I've been here over 20 times no cap. I get the tender combo, the wing combo, and the Buffalo wrap& wing combo... Always fresh, and I always call in, and it's ready when I get there. The only thing be pissing me off is when they don't answer the phone at night time.“

“The food came out quickly although they were busy. The delicious fajitas were sizzling & the meat was tender & juicy. The waitress was attentive & professional. We also enjoyed the guacamole. The green sauce was a bit on the spicy side if you need to know for your tummy. Lovely authentic music helped provide a festive atmosphere on a Sunday evening. There are not a lot of places open since it’s Sunday, so this place will be a welcomed sight.“

“The customer service here is excellent. I have a WNB that’s less than 5 minutes from me but I chose to go to this location which is 15 minutes away because of the customer service and the taste of the food. I tried the location in snellville I wasn’t pleased. I have been here 3 times in less than a week. So for now this will be my go to spot.“

“I’ve been to this restaurant about 5 or 6 times. I have to go every time I come to visit my kids. The food is so good to me. Fresh out the grease hot, everything I’ve had has been seasoned to perfection. Them Honey Lemon Pepper wings got me in a choke hold, Lordt!m….. they are so good to me. Customer service is excellent too. I had my grandkids in the car with me when I went once and the lady that owns it brought my food out to my car.“

“This was my first time stopping by. I was looking for the old American Deli and decided to give Mama’s Wings & Deli a try. Mama did not disappoint!! I asked for my honey lemon pepper wings and whiting to be extra crispy. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. I observed the interactions and I must say the customer service was outstanding. I felt a sense of community there. The regulars were treated like family. I admired that greatly and speaks volume of the character of the staff. I’ve never experienced that in other places that I’ve patronized for decades. I will return!!“

“Went in after ordered 3 pizzas and paid for them for pick up. Lady behind bar was rude from moment I walked in. Stated that they didn't have an order for 3 pizzas. That they never had recieved an order for them or payment for them. I assured her that there was an order and payment had been made. she stated she would have to find the order because she is who takes the orders and there had not been on & proceeded to go back to serving people at bar. never once going to look for my order. 30 mins later still sitting here after asking her numerous times about my order & still has yet to go even attempt to find it. States its not her problem because there wasn't an order made. Finally got my order an hr later and it's wrong.... SMH and noone cares to fix it or anything“

“The wings are cooked to order and are the best. I always order the hot wings with lemon pepper sprinkles. The french fries are also delish. Sometimes I dine-in and the restaurant is always clean. I definitely recommend this restaurant (10 out of 10).“

Good costumer services and and a very clean space , I also love to dine in on the weekends with family . Would highly recommend & We go there all the time !“
