This is a second visit to this location but may be my last. I watched the cashier, an older female, wipe under her nose with an ungloved hand and carry on without any gloves. When I asked her to wash her hands and explained why, she denied that she did that. Instead of washing her hands as asked she went to put one glove, miraculously on the hand that she claimed she never wiped her nose with, with much attitude. I had a reward that I earned to upgrade a regular entry to a premium entry but apparently this doesn’t go for brisket, which I wasn’t aware of until I got to the register. The total end up being much higher than I expected and with so many people behind me I was put in an awkward situation. I went ahead and paid for my sake, and the customers behind me but I found this to be unfair, especially with no warning or heads up on the app or anything.
I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars due to an issue with their mobile ordering system and how it was handled. I placed an order online and arrived at the restaurant expecting it to be ready. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t locate my order even though I had the confirmation number. Two team members did try to help, but the order wasn’t written down or prioritized, and as a result, I ended up waiting through two rushes of customers. While the staff handled the in-person line...
