If I could put 100 stars I would. When walking into Great American Cookies I was overlyyyy welcomed by a very nice and knowledgeable young brown-skinned woman with glasses!! At first I wasn’t sure on what to get but she helped me figure it out!! I ended leaving with the cookie sundae it was sooo delicious. This ice cream was soo rich and creamyy. I want to thank that young lady for her help because without her I would have just lost and confused! 😊😊
I like this place a lot, Im a regular and I want to give a shout out to this young girl Dia, that even I can tell she's new, she does all in her power to do her job, good attitude, always smiling, treating people with kindness, I hope she stays for long time

Great American Cookies in Conyers, GA offers delicious cookies, but the cleanliness of the restroom needs improvement. Customers love the food and service, although the downside is the location inside Stonecrest Mall with parking not being very close to the restaurant. The manager and staff are always friendly and professional, and the store is always clean and organized. Customers have had an amazing experience with the exceptional customer service, with the young man named Christian being particularly kind and patient with elderly customers. The warm cookies, including Strawberry Sugar Cookies, Red Velvet Cookies, Double Chocolate Cookies, Brownies, and Pecan Supreme Cookies, are a hit with customers.
