I was truly amazed by the level of leadership and teamwork demonstrated by the management and staff here!This restaurant was crowded! —- and they HANDLED it! I couldn't help but notice the three levels of leadership present, each performing their duties as managers while also actively assisting the line cooks and servers. It was like witnessing a well-oiled machine in action! No fussing, no yelling, just working—diligently!Having worked in a few top chain restaurants myself, I am familiar with the concept of servant leadership. However, I have never seen it executed to this extent before. The dedication and attentiveness displayed by the leaders at this Waffle House were truly inspiring. It was evident that they not only cared about their roles as managers but also genuinely cared for the well-being of their team and the customer experience…..unbelievable! I hope that you will extend my appreciation to the management and staff at this store!

My first Waffle House experience was a great one! The food was hot and delicious and the prices were very reasonable! Lucy was our waitress and could not have been better! She took our order, rang me up and offered to take a photo of our group in the parking lot….so accommodating! Another staff member would also check on our coffees and kept them filled and hot. Plenty of parking and easy to drive in and out of. The employees of this restaurant were really friendly and I would definitely return to this establishment if I’m in the area!

Today I found out the one on West Avenue may be the best! At least it was for breakfast at 9:30PM on Saturday night. Everything was perfectly cooked. I didn't even put ketchup on my cheese scrambled eggs as usual...they were perfect the way they were! They gave me 4 lemon slices in my tea! None of the hashbrowns were anywhere near burnt...best breakfast I've had in forever. About time! Thank you!

Best place to stop at after being out late drinking. I've only been to this location twice and each time my food was on point. The employees were awesome both times around. That late shift is the best. Saturday night crew and the Sunday night crew ????

Just got a all star it was done it literally two minutes and now I feel sick idk server was very friendly name was Tya even gave my friend who had no money a free waffle thank you

It was OK for a waffle house. Typically I have great food and service at waffle house. This night the cook wasn't on his game. the hash browns were half Cooked and the grill really needed a cleaning. the waitress was distracted and left our water sifting on the soda machine. all in all not horrible but not great.
