I have been coming to this location for years. Let's just say the new management isn't it! This place has really went down hill. The other staff are the same and i really feel for them. But with the changes made it was definitely a change for the worst.

They didn’t have what I ordered and rather than tell me. They just tried to substitute it and refused a refund because I used my card. There was one employee in particular that was unnecessarily rude.

I walked out of the Waffle House at 1100 NorTec Dr. because I sat there for ten minutes without being acknowledged while people that can in after me were served. I was the only person at the counter; hard to explain why I was ignored. Anyway, I drove down the street and I walked into this location and it was totally different.
