“I came today on my birthday 3-12 And I decided that I wanted to explore the square since I don't get out at all. Saw BAR OSCAR, went inside and immediately staff was on point!!! I seated myself at the bar and started ordering my food!. Bread is delicious, I ordered the meatballs, and the cacio e pepe pasta, a d had a bloody Mary after I finished with my meal. Overall, my experience was amazing. Staff, supper nice and food is really good. I will go back. Had a wonderful birthday being in the square and meeting new people. I highly recommend.
