“This morning was one of those perfectly simple but unforgettable Chick-fil-A moments. I came through the drive-thru absolutely craving Chick-fil-A (all morning!), and ordered my go-to: a spicy Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit with a slice of Colby Jack cheese….perfection, as always!

What truly made the experience stand out, though, was Monroe in the drive-thru. He was out there in 36-degree weather, smiling, warm, and genuinely kind. I had my puppy with me and decided to order her a five-count nugget for being such a good girl — she of course loved them per usual! Thank you Monroe for loving on my pup, and making both of us feel so special.

It’s moments like this that remind me why I love Chick-fil-A so much. Exceptional service, genuine kindness, and people who go above and beyond even on cold mornings. “Happy Veterans Day! Thanks Chic-fil-A. The free chicken sandwich for veterans is always nice but nothing beats this cool coin that I got today from this location honoring veterans. Chic-fi-A really understands what customer service is all about year around thus why customers remain loyal. Other fast food restaurants should follow the fact that customers are always first. And I want to mention how the employee walked my food all the way down the line to my car to give me my sandwich and my coin letting me know that you appreciate myself and so many others who fought and risked their lives for this country.
