Thank you to the manager, "Nicole" for changing my order from 'carry out' to 'delivery ' after it was already ready to be picked up. "my fault for choosing the wrong pick up/delivery method when ordering online" ? Lol, anyway she gladly assisted me even though I'm sure it was frustrating. My food was delivered very promptly and still warm and delicious! Thank you for your customer service.
I ordered at around 8pm, they don’t deliver in our neighborhood due to safety reasons, so we went to pick up. As I walked up the front door was being locked, I hasn’t realized the dining room was closing because the app had told me I had to go in- but that was no big deal at all, the staff member told me to go to the drive-thru line which I promptly did. I tried for about 15 minutes to get someone’s attention at the window, eventually someone did look over and helped me...
