“Our food was great and the girl that waited on us was nice enough but seemed like she didn't want to be there but the longer we sat there I could kind of see why. While we were eating a couple pulled up at the drive through and apparently there was an issue with their order and a coupon that apparently that particular store doesn't take even though another employee had told them the day before they did. Anyway the male working the speaker felt disrespected by the customer for whatever reason. And loudly where everyone in the store could hear refused to be professional and go to the window to take care of this customer after what I assume was the manager went out to talk to the customers at the speaker and got everything straightened out. If you are going to work in customer service in any field you need to handle yourself professionally. I don't know if the customer was disrespectful or he was just being dramatic but I have been and still am in customer service for over 20 yrs and number 1 the customer is always right and if you talk to them with respect and act professionally most of the time you get the same back. I as a customer eating in this establishment should have never known any of this was happening and it was very unprofessional and he's lucky I am not his manager bc he would have been sent home and quite possibly not been allowed to return.“
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to take a moment to share my experience at the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen inside the TA TravelCenters-TA-Petro in Whitsett, NC. I’ve been here for 3 days waiting on a rescheduled load, and during that time I set up in the guest dining area with my laptop and phone, making it my temporary “home base.” Each day, Jessica went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She treated me with genuine kindness, respect, and hospitality—always pleasant, always professional, and truly a bright spot in what could have been a very frustrating situation. Her attitude and care made my stay here so much more bearable. Employees like Jessica are the heart of a company. She represents Popeyes and TA/Petro with excellence, and I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Companies should do everything they can to keep people like her, because she makes customers feel valued and welcomed. I won’t forget this experience, and I’ll always be grateful for how she made a difficult few days so much easier.“
