“I visited this location on 9/5. I’ve been here several times and have been disappointed and disrespected. This day, I met Lindsey in the drive through. She is kind, patient and helpful. I forgot I was ordering at Popeyes due to her kindness. I get to the window and noticed not only was she taking orders, she was also taking payments and making food. I felt bad for her and couldn’t believe how she kept a great attitude. Popeyes doesn’t deserve such an employee and after all her hard work, the pitiful part is she will never be rewarded or respected, just used. I will pray for you Lindsey.“
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to take a moment to share my experience at the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen inside the TA TravelCenters-TA-Petro in Whitsett, NC. I’ve been here for 3 days waiting on a rescheduled load, and during that time I set up in the guest dining area with my laptop and phone, making it my temporary “home base.” Each day, Jessica went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She treated me with genuine kindness, respect, and hospitality—always pleasant, always professional, and truly a bright spot in what could have been a very frustrating situation. Her attitude and care made my stay here so much more bearable. Employees like Jessica are the heart of a company. She represents Popeyes and TA/Petro with excellence, and I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Companies should do everything they can to keep people like her, because she makes customers feel valued and welcomed. I won’t forget this experience, and I’ll always be grateful for how she made a difficult few days so much easier.“
