“***UPDATE***I spoke to the manager on 12/14 who was amazing in how she handled everything when we spoke. I will definitely go back because of her. My daughter and I went in that evening and met with her and really enjoyed talking with her and hope the next time I go back, she is there. I give her store 5 stars. The other young lady who was a shift lead is now trained in refunds, which will definitely help in any future incidents.I went in 12/12/2023. I had an order around 515 or 530 for a pick-up at 815. I ordered their chicken tender special and a small peach cobbler. My order was not ready, and I had to wait at least 15 mins for my order. The girl with glasses at the register could care less if I or any other customer was in the store. She not only had a bad attitude but was also extremely rude and disrespectful. When my food did finally come out, I was missing my cobbler when I told her she said we are out of cobbler. We have brownies. I told her I wanted a refund, and she just walked off. At this point, I am now getting frustrated. I go to the counter bc she is in the back, and another young lady is at the register, who I was told was a manager. I explained to her I wanted a refund for the cobbler and she then goes to the back and she comes back and tells me I will have to call back and speak to a manager to get a refund. Come to find out there was no manager. In the meantime, my daughter overhears the rude cashier with the glasses talking about me to other customers in don't of other customers. My daughter told her she would recommend if she cares about her job that she not talk about her customers like that and her response was pssssh I don't care and walked to the back in which my daughter could see her back there running her mouth even more. This is not an employee I would have working any establishment I ran. I have never had to deal with this level of disrespect. I will be calling them today, and I did email corporate, which I have not gotten a response, which is why I posted a review.

“Omg! Awesome place to eat! Great service! Great food! I had the stuffed potato with brisket. It was soooooo good! The potato was huge with the fixings of your choice. Wesley was our waitress. She was amazing! We’re looking forward to what name she decided to name her baby girl due in September. Our choice - Lily Kate. 😊 If you’re ever in Murfreesboro, TN - make this one of the places you eat while in area.“
