“When you're here, you're family. Waitresses hugging and sitting down with customers - warm welcoming atmosphere. Everybody was in a great mood and it put a smile to my face. I made a special request for something not on menu and cooks were happy to oblige. Food was HOT and SOO delicious. Restaurant was clean, organized and well stocked. Employees were working hard and taking really great care of everyone. We had one of the best dining experiences in a long time!“

She made us fresh coffee which gets MAJOR points with me. This was my first time at this location but it might be my favorite. Y’all know I always check the restrooms and theirs was CLEAN.Well earned 5 stars.“
“At the Waffle House on Hwy 278, Brenda truly stood out as a beacon of outstanding customer service during our visit a few weeks ago. Her warmth and kindness were as comforting as a slice of homemade apple pie. Despite this particular Waffle House not being our absolute favorite, Brenda's dedication and attentiveness made it a close second in our book. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable.Brenda's genuine care for her customers was evident throughout our meal. She took the time to engage with us, making us feel not just like patrons, but valued guests. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It's rare to encounter such exceptional service, and Brenda's efforts truly made a lasting impression.While the ambiance and menu at this Waffle House might not have initially made it our top choice, Brenda's exceptional service elevated the overall experience. It goes to show that sometimes, it's the people who make a place special. We left with smiles on our faces, grateful for Brenda's hospitality. “WHEN I TELL YOU... I'VE BEEN EATING AT WAFFLE HOUSE FOR 37 YEARS AND THIS WAS THE BEST WAFFLE HOUSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! THE STAFF WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THE FOOD WAS MADE FAST AND TO THE EXACT WAY WE ASKED. I TIPPED EVEEYONE WORKING WHEN I WALKED OUT. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!“
