“I love using Holy Smokes catering! I have used them a lot for lunchtime catering for customers and have never been happier. The food is exceptional!!! The meats (pork and chicken) are cooked perfectly and taste so delicious with their very own BBQ sauce. The Mac and cheese is the best that I have ever had and my customers say the same thing! The salad is always so fresh and the dressings are some of the best I’ve tasted. The Smokey flavored green beans are delicious and I always have more than one helping. My favorite dessert is their homemade brownies that are just like my grandma used to bake. They are always on time with their delivery and communicate so well when I reach out to them to order. The next event you have, call Holy Smokes and you will be thrilled. They also have the best quinoa bowls for the vegetarians in your party too!“

“Chris & his team were perfect for my wedding! They are fairly priced and deliver top notch food & service. We ordered pulled chicken & pork, Mac n cheese, green beans, and banana pudding. The chicken was a huge hit, everyone raves about it, we had plenty of leftovers and kept eating on it- so good. The green beans were seasoned well and Mac n cheese is always great. “Yes I definitely recommend them. Today is my son’s 12th birthday and he wanted some funny little creature on his cake that I made for him. At first he was wanting to put it on with icing and I told him that it can be a pain sometimes especially if he messes up it’s kinda hard to go back and fix it. So I called Decadent Creations and asked Chief AJ if he could print an edible Image. And without hesitation he said yes ma’am I sure can. And I asked him if he could do it small enough to fit in between the words happy and birthday on my sons cake and he said yes I told him that I wanted it 3“ x 3“ and without hesitation he said yes ma’am I can do that. Other places I called either said they couldn’t do it at all or that it had to be in an 8 and a half by 11. So thanks you very Chief AJ. We will definitely use your service again.“

“EXCELLENT BBQ! I Stopped by for a quick lunch. Being a huge bbq connoisseur, I enjoy going to every bbq place i can find around North GA. Tom was smoking the brisket at this location and it absolutely is the best brisket ive had! Tender and juicy, with great seasoned flavor. Most places that claim to have good bbq just have dry brisket.
I also got some pulled pork, smoked turkey, and smoked sausage.
The pork was good, and the seasoning added a nice flavor. The turkey was great! I expected it to be dry and it was also tender and moist. The smoked sausage i expected to be spicy, as is most, and its not very spicy, but also not overly juicy like most.
Lastly i got the banana pudding which comes topped with a caramel glaze and some cinnamon whipped cream. Excellent dessert!

“My daughter was married recently at the Carl House. The venue is very elegant and romantic. The staff went above and beyond providing a very smooth day. Where we were nervous they provided calm. When our bride was hungry, they provided food. When it was time to call it an evening they facilitated a perfect and smooth getaway. The food for the evening was incredible and delicious. Presentation was very upscale. Overall you provided our daughter the best wedding experience she could have had.“
